Studio Inbox is our dashboard that brings together your listener messages and puts you in control of how they’re organised, so everything you need to know in the live studio environment is set up best for you.

And now it’s even more flexible, because you’re now able to pull in the latest content from across the web with RSS Feeds.

So whether it’s news, traffic or other updates, if it’s available on an RSS Feed, you can see them on the same smart screen as your social posts, emails, form submissions and app messages.

How it works

To get started, open the side menu of your Studio Inbox workspace, and press Sources.

From there, press the button to add a new RSS Feed. Put in the feed URL and give it a name.

You’ll then be able to add this source to any columns you like. Just like other sources in Studio Inbox, you can show it in a dedicated column, or combine it with others. How you organise things it is up to you.

The latest posts from your chosen feeds will be fetched by our system at regular intervals, and then they will flow in to your inbox.

You can tap the item to read the full story from the feed or open the link to the original source. Want to save a story for later? Drag it in to a Curated Column and keep it ready for you.

This feature was inspired by comments from our users, and we’re really excited to see how you use it and what sources you add. Maybe you’ll find all sorts of uses or sources of content to help you in the studio that we didn’t expect!

So if you’ve got any questions, or if there’s anything you’d love to see in a future update to Studio Inbox or one of our other products, please let us know! Drop a message to support@aiir.com with your feedback and suggestions. It’ll be shared with the team and it may influence what features we announce here next.
