New in Aiir: Improvements to Search
The next time you search for something in our CMS, you might notice things look a little different.
To start, tap the new simplified search icon in the top-left corner.
You’ll see the new Search pop-up box. Start typing to find what you’re looking for.
There’s a new drop-down menu to filter the type of results — by default it’s “Everything” but you can choose to only see news articles for example, or ad campaigns.
If you have multiple websites in your organisation, and a result is specifically relevant to one of them, you’ll see the name of the site above the item’s title, as shown above.
Keyboard navigation
The new search box can be used entirely from your keyboard.
To open it, tap “S”.
Use the arrow keys to navigate up and down the results. Tap “enter” to be taken to the selected item.
For users of screen readers, you should find the new search box to be more accessible. Each result will be announced to you as you navigate.
